The cartoon is based on the recent incident that made national headlines, involving a pet monkey that viciously attacked someone in Stamford, Connecticut. Apparently, some House Reps. were warned that if they did not pass the bill, America would fall into a state of chaos and that martial law would be immanent. Back in 2006, net neutrality was a big issue because the telecommunications companies decided to start charging websites to allow higher bandwidth to their sites by the internet user. In normal English, that means I'd have to pay your internet provider to let you load my page at a decent speed. Forget your connection speed. Sarah Palin of Alaska. McCain said he might try to spoil the Democratic National Convention with his choice for VP after Barrack Obama had half the world waiting to hear who he picked, and McCain seems to have kept his promise.
