Project AKIRA 30-99 was established Nov. 17th 1984, to assist in the consolidation of power by UN General Assembly Resolution 39/46. The objective was to determine the extremes in psychological instability an individual may experience over a period of time, and supress any negative behavior that may result from these experiments. It is the continuation of a human social experiment that can be traced to the very dawn of human civiliation.
Originally developed under DARPA, the project is now a privately funded operation directed by former US President George H.W. Bush. This particular phase of the project is set to be final phase in the creation of the New World Order. Hopefully we can provide a safe environment for you and the system...
